Fees and Payments

All patients are charged according to their ability to pay. NO ONE will be refused care for financial reasons. We make every effort to keep down the cost of your medical care and accept Medicare, Blue Cross and Medicaid. Arrangements will be made for other insurance plans. Special accommodations are made at the clinic for those without insurance so that their medical care does not cause financial hardship. All patients should feel free to discuss their financial situation with the doctor and his staff.

Telephone Calls

Telephone calls are relayed to Dr. Diana through the office staff. Please understand that sometimes the doctor may not be able to return your phone call right away. However, he will make every effort to return phone messages as quickly as possible.

Prescriptions and Renewals

All prescriptions and authorizations for renewals should be requested during office hours.

Emergency Care

During office hours, emergency care will be delivered upon request of the patient. After having called the office and explaining the situation to our staff, they will answer any questions and schedule your exam promptly. In the event of an emergency in the evening or on weekends, call 911 or go to the nearest hospital emergency room and they will assess the situation and notify the physician on call.
